Central Office Reorganization/Transformation

I led the comprehensive needs assessment, prioritization, and Central Office reorganization of the human resources department for Nevada’s second-largest school district and largest employer. This work included deep stakeholder engagement, alignment with the district’s strategic plan, and the creation of a shared vision for organizational improvement. The effort resulted in significant enhancements to departmental structure and processes, improving accessibility and responsiveness to school-level needs across the system.
