Dr. Mason's expertise spans executive advisory roles, district leadership, and program development and research, where she collaborates with stakeholders to implement transformative strategies that enhance learning environments. From spearheading change management initiatives to leveraging educational technology and instructional innovation, Mason is committed to creating scalable solutions that empower educators, engage communities, and prepare students for success.

With a deep understanding of budgeting, resource allocation, and workforce strategy, Dr. Mason brings a balanced approach to innovation and sustainability.  Dr. Mason calls North Carolina home, where she resides with her husband.  They have four children.
